Interim product terms for using SmartMaya websites, product accounts, AI tools, and learning services.
Interim status
This is an interim SmartMaya-specific update published on 10 June 2026 so our public notices match current product operations while preserving the customized WiselyWise policy details already published. It is pending formal legal review.
SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore. These notices describe SmartMaya public sites and product services at smartmaya.ai and go.smartmaya.ai.
These notices are informational and do not create a compliance certification. Where we mention laws or frameworks, we mean that the product is being aligned operationally and contractually, not that a regulator or auditor has certified the service.
Existing WiselyWise WordPress policy pages last reviewed from the public site on 10 June 2026. Several pages show a prior update date of 25 March 2025.

Contracting entity
The SmartMaya product is owned by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd. By using SmartMaya websites or product services, you agree to these interim SmartMaya terms and any order, subscription, classroom, course, cloud-service, or invoice terms that apply to your use.
Existing WiselyWise terms state that Singapore law governs and disputes must be brought in Singapore. That governing-law position is preserved for SmartMaya unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account or workspace.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and workspace information and must not use SmartMaya to violate law, third-party rights, platform security, or applicable school or employer policies.
The existing terms say users must notify WiselyWise of unauthorized account access by emailing [email protected] and may close accounts by contacting [email protected]. This remains the interim contact path until product self-service closure is fully governed.
AI outputs
AI outputs are generated suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to others, or using them in business, legal, educational, financial, tax, medical, or professional contexts.
Beta services and changes
Some SmartMaya tools, labs, agents, and workflows may be beta or experimental. They may change, be limited, or be withdrawn.
We may suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Support and commercial terms preserved from WiselyWise
Existing WiselyWise terms state support is provided by electronic mail on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Singapore time, excluding Singapore holidays, with commercially reasonable efforts to respond within three business days.
Existing terms state fees are payable as specified in an invoice, checkout, order form, or pricing plan; unpaid fees may lead to suspension or termination; and non-refundable services include used, accessed, or delivered services such as Maya AI setup, AI consulting, or customer support automation.
Existing subscription wording says Maya subscriptions may have a one-year initial term, renew automatically, and must be cancelled at least one calendar month before the last day of the then-current term to avoid renewal, unless a checkout, order, or signed agreement says otherwise.
