Acceptable Use Policy

This is an interim SmartMaya-specific update published on 10 June 2026 so our public notices match current product operations while preserving the customized WiselyWise policy details already published. It is pending formal legal review.

SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore. These notices describe SmartMaya public sites and product services at smartmaya.ai and go.smartmaya.ai.

These notices are informational and do not create a compliance certification. Where we mention laws or frameworks, we mean that the product is being aligned operationally and contractually, not that a regulator or auditor has certified the service.

Existing WiselyWise WordPress policy pages last reviewed from the public site on 10 June 2026. Several pages show a prior update date of 25 March 2025.

The existing WiselyWise AUP prohibits use that violates law, harms other people or our network, breaches internet community standards, infringes intellectual property, distributes child sexual abuse material or exploitative sexual content, enables illegal gambling, defamation, harassment, malicious code, network intrusion, hate speech, privacy violations, illegal arms trafficking, denial-of-service behavior, spam, open proxies, IRC, and video streaming misuse. These restrictions are preserved for SmartMaya.

Do not use SmartMaya to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, malware, credential theft, spam, or privacy-invasive content.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, content filters, tenant isolation, payment controls, classroom restrictions, or security controls.

Do not upload data you do not have the right to process, including confidential third-party, student, financial, health, or regulated data unless your organization has approved that use.

We may throttle, block, suspend, remove content, preserve evidence, or terminate access where needed to protect users, students, customers, SmartMaya, or service providers.

The existing WiselyWise AUP states that spam may lead to immediate termination and a USD 500 charge per violation as a reasonable estimate of damages. This term is preserved for business/customer accounts subject to legal and commercial review.
