Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to SmartMaya websites, product accounts, AI tools, education services, implementation services, workshops, integrations, digital products, and related WiselyWise services.
SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
General rule
Use SmartMaya responsibly. You must not use the services, or allow others to use the services, in ways that violate law, harm people, harm WiselyWise systems, harm third-party systems, interfere with other customers, or breach generally accepted internet, education, business, and AI-use standards.
If you provide SmartMaya access to your users, students, employees, contractors, customers, or end users, you are responsible for ensuring their use complies with restrictions at least as protective as this policy.
Unlawful and harmful content
You must not use SmartMaya to create, upload, transmit, store, process, publish, promote, or assist with content or activity that violates applicable law or regulation; infringes copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, database, contractual, or other rights; involves child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or abuse of minors; promotes, threatens, or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, exploitation, or physical harm; contains harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, libel, slander, or privacy-invasive material; supports illegal gambling, illegal arms trafficking, fraud, phishing, scams, credential theft, malware, malicious code, unauthorized access, or network intrusion; or is likely to trigger retaliation, denial-of-service activity, abuse reports, blacklisting, or harm to WiselyWise, SmartMaya, providers, users, schools, customers, systems, or employees.
Digital misuse and unauthorized disclosure
You must not use SmartMaya, WiselyWise services, screenshots, recordings, demos, prompts, outputs, product screens, admin screens, private workspaces, customer or student data, support records, implementation materials, pricing, roadmap details, confidential information, or internal materials to make unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, malicious, misleading, or privacy-invasive statements or publications.
You must not publish, leak, sell, redistribute, repurpose, or externally share non-public SmartMaya, WiselyWise, customer, school, student, partner, support, implementation, pricing, roadmap, admin, security, prompt, output, workspace, screenshot, recording, demo, or internal product information without authorization.
Employees, contractors, consultants, trainers, implementation partners, resellers, affiliates, vendors, invited users, and representatives must not use SmartMaya access or WiselyWise relationship information to bypass authorized client relationship owners, interfere with customer relationships, solicit clients improperly, or send misleading or disparaging communications about WiselyWise, SmartMaya, customers, partners, employees, contractors, students, or users.
Customers, users, and representatives must not use false allegations, unsupported claims, threats, public pressure, improper chargebacks, unauthorized disclosures, regulatory threats, or third-party complaints to avoid payment, delay acceptance, interfere with delivery, damage reputation, or bypass agreed support, escalation, dispute-resolution, cancellation, or termination processes.
This policy does not prohibit lawful protected disclosures, regulator cooperation, legally required reporting, or good-faith support complaints made through appropriate channels.
Sensitive and regulated data
Do not submit or process sensitive or regulated data unless your plan, workflow, customer agreement, school/institution policy, and applicable law permit that use.
This includes health data, payment card data, bank account data, government identifiers, children/student records, confidential employment data, biometric data, special-category data, legal case material, or other highly sensitive information.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, consents, notices, lawful basis, and safeguards needed for any personal data, student data, or third-party data you submit.
Privacy and notice obligations
If you collect data from your own users, students, customers, employees, or end users through SmartMaya or related workflows, you are responsible for providing required notices, privacy policies, consent flows, and data-protection disclosures.
Your notices must accurately describe your data collection, use, sharing, retention, and AI-assisted processing practices.
Spam and communications
You must not use SmartMaya to send, generate, facilitate, or promote spam, unlawful marketing, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive outreach, scraping-based outreach, or communications that violate applicable anti-spam, privacy, electronic marketing, platform, or communications laws and rules.
You must not send communications that falsely imply endorsement, authorization, certification, partnership, customer approval, government approval, school approval, or authority to bind WiselyWise, SmartMaya, customers, partners, schools, or providers.
WiselyWise may rate-limit, suspend, block, or terminate accounts or workflows that create deliverability, abuse, platform, legal, or reputation risk.
Improper spam, abuse, or communication misuse may result in investigation costs, damages, administrative fees, or other remedies where allowed by the applicable customer agreement and law.
Resource abuse and overuse
You must not overburden SmartMaya or related systems. This includes excessive traffic, storage, prompts, file uploads, API calls, automated requests, scraping, account creation, classroom activity, integrations, or other usage that harms service performance or exceeds plan limits.
WiselyWise may throttle, restrict, suspend, require plan changes, charge agreed overage fees, or take other reasonable action where usage exceeds contracted limits, fair-use limits, rate limits, storage limits, visitor limits, or similarly situated customer usage.
Security restrictions
You must not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, content filters, payment controls, tenant isolation, classroom restrictions, safety controls, audit logging, or other technical or operational safeguards.
You must not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or interfere with SmartMaya, WiselyWise services, third-party systems, model providers, payment providers, school systems, customer systems, or other users.
Prohibited network and infrastructure use
You must not use SmartMaya or related services to provide open proxies, unauthorized relays, IRC services, abusive automation, botnets, denial-of-service activity, excessive video streaming, or other network uses not supported by your plan or agreement.
Education and classroom use
For education, school, student-facing, teacher-support, or classroom use, customers and authorized adults must configure access appropriately, supervise use where required, obtain permissions where required, and prevent students from submitting unrelated sensitive personal information.
AI safety
You must not use SmartMaya to intentionally generate harmful instructions, illegal advice, exploitative content, deceptive impersonation, credential theft, malware, academic dishonesty, regulated professional advice without review, or outputs intended to evade safety, legal, school, employer, or platform rules.
Enforcement
WiselyWise may investigate, remove content, preserve evidence, throttle, suspend, restrict, terminate, notify affected customers, notify providers, or report activity to authorities where needed to protect users, students, customers, WiselyWise, providers, systems, client relationships, confidential information, or legal obligations.
Changes
WiselyWise may update this policy as services, laws, platforms, education use cases, AI risks, and internet standards evolve. Material changes may be communicated through website posting, email, product notice, customer dashboard, or other reasonable channel.
