This AI Content Disclaimer applies to SmartMaya websites, product accounts, AI tools, agents, assistants, classroom tools, education services, implementation services, generated content, prompts, files, workflows, automations, and related WiselyWise services where AI-assisted output is used.

SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

SmartMaya uses artificial intelligence to help users save time on business communication, content creation, learning, education support, productivity, workflow automation, research support, implementation support, and related tasks.

Suggestions, responses, summaries, classifications, plans, drafts, recommendations, code, documents, educational materials, and other outputs generated by SmartMaya are automated and non-binding.

AI outputs may be used as drafts, suggestions, summaries, classifications, plans, or workflow assistance. Users may review, edit, approve, reject, delete, replace, or supplement outputs before use. The final responsibility for use remains with the user or customer organization.

All outputs must be reviewed, edited, fact-checked, approved, and adapted by a qualified human before being used in customer-facing, student-facing, employee-facing, internal, regulatory, contractual, legal, financial, medical, safety, or public communication.

SmartMaya may use account profile, workspace settings, role, preferences, customer configuration, learning or classroom context, prior prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, user edits, approvals, feedback, support history, and tool-use records to personalize outputs and improve the product experience where the relevant feature, account, or workflow supports that use.

SmartMaya only has the context that is available to the relevant account, workspace, feature, integration, uploaded material, or approved workflow. It does not automatically know offline conversations, unshared documents, in-person discussions, external business facts, school decisions, customer history, or legal/commercial context unless that information has been provided, connected, configured, or made available through the service.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, rejecting, deleting, or replacing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or using them with customers, students, employees, regulators, or third parties.

SmartMaya is not a human consultant, lawyer, teacher, accountant, doctor, financial adviser, HR adviser, compliance expert, regulated professional, or substitute for professional judgment.

SmartMaya outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical, HR, compliance, regulatory, safety, educational, or other professional advice.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Outputs may omit important facts, cite sources incorrectly, misunderstand prompts, or generate plausible but wrong information.

You are responsible for checking accuracy, tone, legality, suitability, originality, permissions, confidentiality, safety, and compliance before using any output.

SmartMaya may use different AI models, model providers, routing paths, safety systems, or fallback workflows over time. Provider availability, legal requirements, safety restrictions, rate limits, regional restrictions, model withdrawals, API changes, or operational needs may affect whether a specific AI capability is available.

Model or provider changes may affect output style, quality, speed, context window, formatting, supported file types, availability, and continuity. SmartMaya does not guarantee access to any specific model, model family, provider, provider region, output style, or capability unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Do not rely on SmartMaya outputs as the sole basis for decisions involving legal disputes, regulated industry communication, health, safety, employment termination, student discipline, student assessment, admissions, credit, insurance, housing, financial eligibility, medical treatment, regulatory filings, contractual rights, or other decisions that materially affect people's rights, opportunities, safety, finances, or access to services.

Do not use SmartMaya to evade professional review, school policy, employer policy, legal obligations, safety rules, platform rules, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

For education, classroom, teacher-support, student-facing, curriculum, or learning use, teachers, schools, parents, guardians, and authorized adults remain responsible for reviewing outputs before presenting them to students or relying on them for learning decisions.

SmartMaya outputs should not be treated as final grades, formal assessments, disciplinary findings, individualized education decisions, or professional educational judgment without appropriate human review.

For implementation, Zoho or business-system work, workflow automation, customer communication, marketing, sales, support, legal-support, or operational use, customers remain responsible for testing, validating, approving, and monitoring outputs, workflows, integrations, and automations before production use.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, student records, health data, payment data, government identifiers, trade secrets, legal case materials, passwords, confidential customer data, or other highly sensitive information unless your workflow, agreement, permissions, and safeguards allow that use.

You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploads, inputs, outputs, training materials, files, and generated content do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, school, employer, or third-party rights.
