Interim status
This is an interim SmartMaya-specific update published on 10 June 2026 so our public notices match current product operations while preserving the customized WiselyWise policy details already published. It is pending formal legal review.
SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore. These notices describe SmartMaya public sites and product services at smartmaya.ai and go.smartmaya.ai.
These notices are informational and do not create a compliance certification. Where we mention laws or frameworks, we mean that the product is being aligned operationally and contractually, not that a regulator or auditor has certified the service.
Existing WiselyWise WordPress policy pages last reviewed from the public site on 10 June 2026. Several pages show a prior update date of 25 March 2025.

Human review required
The existing Maya AI disclaimer says Maya AI helps small business owners save time on routine business communication and content creation, and that all suggestions and responses are automated, non-binding, and must be reviewed before customer-facing or internal use. This remains preserved for SmartMaya.
The existing disclaimer also says Maya AI is not a human consultant, lawyer, or compliance expert, does not know the user’s full business context, and cannot guarantee accurate advice.
SmartMaya outputs are drafts, suggestions, summaries, plans, classifications, or creative materials produced with AI assistance.
Outputs are not professional advice. Always review, fact-check, edit, and approve outputs before using them externally or for decisions affecting people, money, legal rights, education outcomes, health, safety, or compliance.
Sensitive content
The existing privacy policy advises users not to submit sensitive personal information, health data, financial account details, or confidential material into AI input fields. This restriction is preserved.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, secrets, payment credentials, health data, confidential student records, or proprietary third-party material unless you are authorized and the workflow is approved for that data.
