SmartMaya and related WiselyWise services use third-party providers where needed to host, store, process, secure, support, bill, communicate, analyze, improve, and deliver the services.

Public categories may include cloud hosting and content delivery providers; database, storage, authentication, and backend service providers; AI model and AI infrastructure providers; payment and billing providers; email, notification, and messaging providers; analytics, measurement, and product-improvement providers; customer support and business operations tools; learning, course, classroom, webinar, and event platforms; security, monitoring, logging, abuse-prevention, and incident-response tools; professional advisers; and customer-approved or partner-requested integration providers.

For implementation projects, partner-license resale, partner-product setup, referrals, affiliate links, marketplaces, or customer-requested integrations, relevant third-party or partner providers may process the data needed to activate, configure, administer, support, bill, renew, troubleshoot, or document that relationship.

Not every provider category applies to every customer, product feature, plan, region, classroom, course, implementation project, partner license, or integration. Actual provider use depends on the services selected, customer configuration, enabled features, support needs, and applicable agreement.

WiselyWise maintains an internal subprocessor and provider register that can include provider name, purpose, data categories, service category, contractual or DPA status, region information where available, review status, and last review date.

For security, commercial, and operational reasons, the public page provides provider categories rather than a full vendor inventory. Business, school, institutional, or enterprise customers who reasonably need a detailed register for due diligence, procurement, security review, or a signed DPA may contact [email protected].

WiselyWise may provide the detailed register, security summaries, or relevant provider information under an appropriate agreement, NDA, procurement process, school agreement, enterprise contract, or DPA, depending on the customer relationship and sensitivity of the information requested.

Provider categories, subprocessors, integration providers, AI model providers, partner products, and operational tools may change as product features, services, customer configurations, partner relationships, legal requirements, authority requests, provider restrictions, security needs, and business operations evolve.

Where a signed customer agreement or DPA requires specific subprocessor notice, objection, or approval rights, WiselyWise will follow that agreement. Otherwise, continued use of the services after provider-category updates means the customer accepts the updated operational provider categories for the relevant services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing third-party or partner terms when they choose to connect, buy, activate, or use a partner product, marketplace product, referral link, affiliate offer, integration, or customer-controlled third-party service.
