Account data such as name, email address, login provider, workspace, role, profile settings, and authentication records.

Product data such as tool prompts, generated outputs, uploaded files, saved context, user edits, approvals, feedback, course enrollments, learning progress, classroom activity, consent records, billing metadata, support messages, and usage events.

Website and analytics data such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referral source, campaign source, cookie identifiers, and product interaction events.

Security and audit data such as login events, abuse signals, rate-limit events, prompt-injection or content-policy events, admin actions, and export logs.

Information collected through related WiselyWise and SmartMaya channels, including courses, workshops, webinars, newsletters, events, contact forms, email, social media, customer calls, job applications, partner-license support, implementation projects, and learning platforms, where those channels are used for SmartMaya or WiselyWise operations.

To provide SmartMaya accounts, AI tools, courses, classrooms, billing, support, security, analytics, product improvement, and legal or operational compliance.

To process user-submitted prompts, files, and business context through AI providers where needed to generate requested outputs.

To send service messages, account notices, support replies, billing updates, and marketing communications where permitted or consented.

To support partner license resale, referrals, affiliate links, implementation projects, partner-product setup, account activation, customer support, and related commercial administration where those services are requested or used.

Contact details may also be used for outreach, marketing campaigns, event or workshop participation confirmation, newsletters, customer service, job applications, and platform administration where permitted by consent, opt-out rights, and applicable law.

SmartMaya currently uses infrastructure, database, authentication, storage, payment, AI, email, analytics, marketing, support, security, and business-operations providers where needed to provide and operate the services.

Additional service providers may support hosting, communications, event registration, customer questions, mailing, delivery, business operations, affiliates, funders, law enforcement, or government requests where the related service is active and the disclosure is permitted or required.

Where customers request partner licenses, partner-product implementation, marketplace purchases, affiliate offers, referrals, or connected third-party services, WiselyWise may share the information reasonably needed to activate, administer, support, bill, renew, troubleshoot, or document that relationship.

Providers may process data in countries outside Singapore. We take steps to use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and data category.

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or marketing opt-out by using the SmartMaya Data Request form or contacting [email protected].

You may opt out of non-essential cookies where the site presents a cookie choice. Some authentication, security, and service cookies are necessary for the product to work.

SmartMaya supports privacy rights and data-protection requests that may apply to a user, customer, school, partner, or deployment, including access, correction, deletion, export, objection, restriction, marketing opt-out, consent review, and account-administration requests where relevant.

The specific privacy obligations that apply depend on the user location, customer location, type of service, age of the user, customer agreement, school or institutional role, data category, and how the service is deployed. References in SmartMaya policies to privacy, marketing, children's privacy, student privacy, or international data-transfer obligations should be read in that context.

For SmartMaya education, classroom, LMS, school, and student-facing features, student-related data may be processed to provide accounts, classrooms, assignments, learning progress, consent records, support, safety, security, and administration. Those uses are described in the Children and Student Privacy Notice.

Schools, parents, guardians, institutions, and workspace administrators remain responsible for confirming that their deployment, consent model, notices, authorized users, and settings satisfy their own local obligations. WiselyWise will support reasonable privacy and student-data requests through the SmartMaya Data Request process where available, or through [email protected].
