Interim status
This is an interim SmartMaya-specific update published on 10 June 2026 so our public notices match current product operations while preserving the customized WiselyWise policy details already published. It is pending formal legal review.
SmartMaya is a WiselyWise product owned and operated by WiselyWise Pte. Ltd., Singapore. These notices describe SmartMaya public sites and product services at smartmaya.ai and go.smartmaya.ai.
These notices are informational and do not create a compliance certification. Where we mention laws or frameworks, we mean that the product is being aligned operationally and contractually, not that a regulator or auditor has certified the service.
Existing WiselyWise WordPress policy pages last reviewed from the public site on 10 June 2026. Several pages show a prior update date of 25 March 2025.

Product data such as tool prompts, generated outputs, uploaded files, course enrollments, learning progress, classroom activity, student consent records, billing metadata, support messages, feedback, and usage events.
Website and analytics data such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referral source, campaign source, cookie identifiers, and product interaction events.

Legacy WiselyWise policy language also covers event, workshop, webinar, newsletter, business-card, LinkedIn, email, verbal communication, job application, and learning-platform information. Those channels remain covered when they are used for SmartMaya or WiselyWise operations.
How we use data
To provide SmartMaya accounts, AI tools, courses, classrooms, billing, support, security, analytics, product improvement, and legal or operational compliance.
To process user-submitted prompts, files, and business context through AI providers where needed to generate requested outputs.
To send service messages, account notices, support replies, billing updates, and marketing communications where permitted or consented.
The existing WiselyWise privacy policy says contact details may be used for outreach, marketing campaigns, event/workshop participation confirmation, newsletters, customer service, job applications, and platform administration. This SmartMaya notice preserves that position, subject to consent, opt-out rights, and applicable law.
Service providers
SmartMaya currently uses infrastructure and service providers including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, AI model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic where configured, email providers such as Resend or ZeptoMail, analytics providers such as Google, Meta, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar where enabled, and operational providers such as Zoho or Apollo where used for business workflows.
The existing WiselyWise privacy policy refers to Google Analytics, Google advertising/remarketing, service providers for hosting, communications, event registration, customer questions, mailing, delivery, business partners, affiliates, funders, law enforcement, and government entities where legally required. These remain relevant where the related service is active.
Providers may process data in countries outside Singapore. We take steps to use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and data category.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or marketing opt-out by using the SmartMaya Data Request form or contacting [email protected].
You may opt out of non-essential cookies where the site presents a cookie choice. Some authentication, security, and service cookies are necessary for the product to work.
Compliance and education privacy positioning
SmartMaya supports privacy and data-protection obligations that may apply to our users, customers, schools, and partners, including Singapore PDPA, GDPR-style data rights, CalOPPA-style notice requirements, CAN-SPAM-style marketing rules, COPPA, FERPA, and Fair Information Practice principles where relevant to the specific use case, user location, customer relationship, and data involved.
References to legal frameworks in SmartMaya notices describe operational alignment, contractual support, product controls, and request-handling processes. They are not a statement that SmartMaya is certified, approved, or audited by a regulator for every jurisdiction or every customer use case.
For SmartMaya education, classroom, and student-facing features, student-related data may be processed to provide accounts, classrooms, assignments, learning progress, consent records, support, safety, security, and administration. Those uses are described in the Children and Student Privacy Notice, which controls for SmartMaya education and classroom use.
Schools, parents, guardians, institutions, and workspace administrators remain responsible for confirming that their deployment, consent model, notices, and settings satisfy their own local obligations. SmartMaya will support reasonable privacy and student-data requests through the Data Request process and [email protected].
